When will my order be dispatched?

Under normal operations, all orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order status in your account.

Will you be restocking out-of-stock items?

If an item is out of stock, the restock date will be displayed on the product page. You may also have the option to backorder the item. If no date is shown, the restocking date is currently unknown.

How do I cancel, skip, or update my Subscribe & Save order?

You can manage your Subscribe & Save order anytime through your online account. From there, you can cancel, skip deliveries, modify products, and update your payment or address details.
