Unwanted Returns
As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the policy below. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, to request a return. We'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
After that?
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Return Instructions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and seal intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include a note inside the package. With your GH order number and return reason. Without this information, we cannot process your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hygiene & personal care goods (such as beauty products, Enema Kits, Pierced jewellery if the seal has been tampered with or is broken) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Products with a return seal are not accepted for return when the seal is tampered with or broken.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
