Directions for heating:

1) Only heat in a domestic microwave. Before placing the product in the microwave, make sure your microwave is clean and free from debris and allow the turntable plate to
rotate without obstruction.

2) Only heat from room temperature. Lay the Pack flat on a microwaveable dish. Ensure the beads inside the bag are evenly distributed and ensure that there are no creases in
the fabric, as this can lead to scorching.

3) Check the power of your microwave and refer to the recommended heating times below.
650-750w - 45 Seconds
800-1000w - 30 Seconds

Not Warm Enough? Reheat in increments of 15 seconds MAX.
Repeat up to 2 times. Then allow to cool before heating again.

TIPS:
• On first use, slight excess moisture may be present. We recommend that you place the Pack on a warm
central heating radiator for an hour if this occurs.
• Before heating the Pack make sure it is completely dry.
• We recommend that after five uses place a small microwaveable cup half full of water in the microwave
during the heating process. (Be careful when removing the cup and Pack, they maybe very hot.)
• If the Pack feels cool after first heating, warm it again in increments for no more than 15 seconds at a time
and no more than 2 times.

Directions for freezing:

Place the Pack in a bag and place in the freezer or refrigerator. After removing the Pack out of the freezer or refrigerator it can be used immediately.
