      How to Use

WARNING: HOT WATER BOTTLES CAN CAUSE BURNS. AVOID PROLONGED DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SKIN. USE ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DIRECTIONS AND CAUTIONS.

When filling DO NOT USE BOILING WATER. Fill to a MAXIMUM OF TWO-THIRDS capacity or less. DO NOT OVERFILL as this may cause the bottle to burst.
Hold the bottle by the neck in an upright position and fill slowly to avoid hot water splashing back. Expel air from the bottle, by lowering it carefully onto a flat surface until water appears at the opening. Screw the stopper sufficiently tight to ensure that there is no leakage. Finger-tight should be adequate. Make sure the funnel lid is empty of any excess hot water. Finally, ensure the seal is secured and is not leaking, by slowly and carefully turning the hot water bottle upside down, away from the body, lowered directly into a sink. If a leak is present DO NOT use.

      Cautions

If there is a possibility that prolonged contact with the skin could occur, an adequate cover should be used to prevent burns. Under no circumstance should the hot water bottle be used as a cushion and be sat on. Do not fill using water from the domestic hot water system as this can considerably shorten the life of the hot water bottle. Prevent contact with hot surfaces.
Prevent contact with oil, grease and pointed/sharp objects. When not in use, drain completely and keep, with the stopper removed, in a cool, dry, dark place. Prevent exposure to sunlight. Do not place anything on top of the bottle during storage. Check the bottle and stopper for wear and damage prior to use and replace if necessary. To clean the cover, hand wash only.
We recommend that the hot water bottle should always be used with the cover provided. If you are pregnant consult your doctor before using this product. Not suitable for persons insensitive to heat. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Use under adult supervision only, do not leave children unattended with bottle. Please use common sense! Please retain these instructions for future reference.
THIS IS NOT A TOY. KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE AND NAKED FLAME.

We’ve had this product for only a few weeks and one of the pom poms has already ripped. No one pulled at it or anything—it was found in the morning, with the threads coming loose and the pom pom detached. The quality is not up to par.

Cosy, soft and perfect for cold nights

Bought this for my partner and she absolutely loves it. The extra-long size makes it much more useful than a normal hot water bottle, especially for keeping warm on the sofa or in bed.The faux fur cover is really soft and feels lovely, and the rose pink colour looks nice without being too much. It also holds heat well, so it stays warm for a good amount of time rather than cooling down quickly. The pom pom detail is a cute touch and makes it feel more like a proper gift than just a basic hot water bottle.Really happy with it overall – cosy, practical and perfect for winter evenings.

    Warning Out of Date Product

This product is out of date !I just bought this, but the 'daisy wheel' stamp shows it was manufactured in 2023. Safety experts (and the NHS) recommend replacing these every 2 years because the rubber perishes and becomes prone to bursting. Selling a bottle that is already 3 years old is dangerous. I expect a refund as it’s effectively 'expired' before its first use."

    Exactly what my neck needed

This ia a saviour when my neck/arm never pain is playing up. It's long enough to wrap round my shoulder and back and is very comfortable. It's easy to fill and use, no leaks so far and keeps really warm for a long time, all the way through the night. The cover is nice n fluffy, which helps. I'd buy again but I think it will last a long time. Great value.

OUT OF DATE BOTTLE - DANGEROUS!

The bottle arrived with a 2023 date, which means the bottle is out of date (two years is the life span of hot water bottles before they become unsafe.)CHECK THE DATE ON THE DASIY AT THE TOP OF THE BOTTLE.

    Lovely and cozy

This is great, stays warm for ages, takes the cold off the bed and once a little cooler is brilliant for popping cold feet on.

    Date of manufacture

This waterborne is good quality but my concern is the manufacturers date on it. It was manufactured 2023. Guidelines say they should be no more than 2/3 years old before replacing. I do hope this can be rectified as I love it otherwise

    Safety risk - old stock!

Daisy wheel shows the hot water bottle I received in October 2025 was manufactured in March 2023. So already 2 years 7 months old when received. Considering hot water bottles are only safe for 2-3 years from manufacture, I'm not surprised people have been reporting leaks and burns.I do hope my return is not put back on sale!

    Buyer beware

Out of date, very disapointing as hot water bottles have their date printed for safety and last 2 years. I received one from 2023.Returned and refunded.
