Ideal - all so called adult ear plugs are just so large now that they cause pain (didn’t used to be like that and I’m sure my ear canals haven’t become smaller!) These small ear plugs are perfect, block out most unwanted sounds and are much more comfortable- only ones on the market, worldwide I could find! Highly recommended for anyone who struggles with this new insistence that everyone else’s ear canals are enormous!
