J'avais une bouillote de 2012... et je pensais très sincèrement qu'une bouillote c'était "à vie"... et bien ! pas du tout !Après avoir regardé sur internet, une bouillotte en caoutchouc dure en moyenne 2 à 3 ans (bouillotte à eau qui respecte à minima la législation européenne (norme CE) et les standards internationaux BS1970:2012)donc avec ma bouillote de 2012, il était temps de la changer ! sous peine d'être brulé...J'ai donc chercher sur general healthcare et je suis tombée sur ce lot : parfait pour remplacer ma bouillote initiale. J'avais déja le "cache-bouillote" donc ça me suffisait.Les +- respecte les normes de sécurité BS1970:2012 (inscrit sur la bouillote)- date de fabrication 2025, conforme aux indications du site. (inscrit à l'intérieur de la bouillote)- lot de 2 : une pour moi, une pour offrir ! Hop je sors la machine à coudre et je fais un petit pochon pour noel pour offrir.- de bonne qualité, étanche.Les - :- RAS, je n'en vois pas.Conseil : ne pas utiliser de l'eau bouillante ! Bien utiliser un pochon pour ne pas avoir la bouillote directement en contact avec votre peau ... sinon risque de brulure.Utiliser de l’eau à 80°C max pour les adultes, 60°C max pour les personnes sensibles et âgées et 40°C max pour les enfants !!! attention il faut vraiment éviter l'eau bouillanteA noter également : une bouillote utilisé tous les jours en hiver pendant 6 mois par ex s'abimera forcément plus rapidement qu'une bouillote utilisé occasionnellement

Not impressed that the hot water bottle I received is already over a year old on receipt (made April 2024, received 16 August 2025).

Déçue, la bouillotte reçue est déjà périmée. Une bouillotte a une durée de vie de 2 ans environ après sa fabrication. Celle reçue a été produite en novembre 2022, or nous sommes déjà en 2025.Je renvoi l'article, je ne prends pas le risque de brûlures liées à un caoutchouc qui a déjà plusieurs années.

This lasted 1 year before the rubber perished and split, causing scald and soaked clothes etc. I have 2 of these and the other one shows no signs of damage. Disappointed.

Had this bottle for exactly one year. Used daily, recently, but shocked when it softened and then discharged hot water - fortunately not on me!Always allowed water to cool before filling. Very disappointed and will try an electric warming pad instead.

Basic hot water bottle. Only point of concern is that the stopper doesn't have a rubber washer on the end of it, which all my previous ones have had.

Hot water bottle has staining. It probably works ok haven't tried yet just disappointed in the condition it came in.

I bought hot water bottles from three general healthcares on general healthcare. This one (General Healthcare), Kidco/K Collection (general healthcare's choice), and Vagabond. This is the only one that didn't come with greasy surface.

Old style hot water bottle ….a nice size 2 litre ….Orange in colour…perfect for mother on those cold nights….Fits in the jumper I’ve got for hot water bottles…so will not burn her lap…This is also a good price ……ribbed on one side …water stopper fits perfect does not leak

High quality must have hot water bottle, we have used this everyday for my mum whos ill and is in alot of pain so this works like a charm for various pain relief, both sides as one would be more gentle for her if too hot on the other. Very easy to open/close also no issues whatsoever in terms of leaking or swelling etcStraight forward to fill / empty with an impressive capacity and i really cant find a fault with it!Highly recommend for durable quality and value overall

Really like this quality hot water bottle!It’s made well, the rubber is thick and the top is easy to screw and unscrew!All in all, a good buy!

This made in England hot water bottle is a regular sized one and will fit into most jackets. One side is ribbed and the other is smooth. The hard plastic screw in stopper fits snuggly into the metal thread and there is no leaking. There is only a faint smell and the rubber feels sturdy (not thick) and flexible. As always use only hot water and not boiling water to prevent scalds or melting the rubber bottle.

A hot water bottle is always handy to have in the house and this one is absolutely fine. It's a good size and although doesn't come with a cover, would be easy enough to find one that fits it as it's a standard size or you can easily wrap a towel around it. The spout is large enough that it's easy to pour water straight in from the kettle (not boiling water - just hot) and the screw is easy enough to turn with no spillages but I do worry it doesn't have a rubbery bit to help with sealing it. It seems like it will be very durable though - the rubber is thick. I maybe would have liked a hole at the bottom so it could be hung up to drip dry.

This hot water bottle is made at British standard and fairly priced at £5.95.Very decent quality with a ribbed texture and reliable closure with no issue of leaking at all. Will keep my feet warm under the quilt in cold winter nights.:))
