Step 1: Heating the Mouth Guard
Submerge one Mouth Guard into hot water (70-80°C) for 15-20 seconds.
As the Mouth Guard walls begin to curl, carefully remove from the water using a wooden spoon. Place onto a wooden surface. Allow to cool for 15 seconds.

Note: Only submerge one Guard at a time. Do not put the Guard directly into boiling water, this will cause the Guard to collapse. Do not place onto glass, metal, cloth or paper towels after submerging in hot water.

Step 2: Moulding & fitting the Mouth Guard
A) Ensure your hands are clean. Slightly spread the walls of the Guard apart so that there is enough room for your teeth to fit inside.
B) Facing a mirror, align and fit the Guard over your teeth using your thumbs.
C) Use your tongue to apply pressure to the inside walls while simultaneously using your fingers to press directly against the outside walls, tightening the Mouth Guard around your teeth. Do this for 15-20 seconds.

Note: Do not chew the Guard, or move it around while you're fitting it.

Step 3: Tightening the Mouth Guard
Remove the Guard and run under cool water for 5-10 seconds to harden, completing the moulding process.

If the trays didn’t mould perfectly. Repeat the steps to get a more desired fit.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use by children under the age of 12. Do not use over orthodontic braces. If grinding persists after three months of use consult your dentist.
