1. Thoroughly wash face, ensuring that it is free of any creams, lotions or make-up. 2. Dry hands, then open packet and peel the strip off the plastic liner. Use opened packet promptly so strip peels off easily from the liner. 3. Wet nose thoroughly with water. If nose is not wet enough the strip may not adhere well, making it less effective. 4. Apply the strip to the moistened nose area charcoal side down and smooth out air bubbles, ensuring good contact with the skin. 5. Allow strip to dry for 15-20 minutes - the strip should feel dry and stiff. 6. Carefully peel off the strip starting at the edges pulling toward centre. If there is any residue, rinse off with water.


RECOMMENDED USE
One strip per week. Do not use more than three strips per week.

Use only on the nose (Do not use on and around the eyes). Avoid using on pimples, blemished, sunburned or excessively dry skin, or skin prone to spider veins. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on skin sensitive to tapes or peel off masks. If the strip adheres too strongly to the skin or is painful to remove, wet the strip thoroughly until strip slides off easily. Forceful removal of the strip should be avoided and may cause skin abrasions. If this occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
